Refund policy

We always strive to ensure our customers/recipients love their TSC product(s), however in the event that you want to initiate a return, we'll be more than happy to help. Customer Satisfication means everything to us. 

Due to the personalized and intricate nature of our products, replacements/refunds are valid only in case a product(s) was damaged in transit/ an incorrect product was received. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Each product at the Surprise Company goes through the the highest level of quality assessment and care in terms of preparation and packaging. However, if you do face any issue with the quality of the product, we have an easy-going return and exchange policy:

In an event of returns/exchanges, please ensure that all the labels and tags of the product are intact. Please Email us at surprisecurators@gmail.com within 5 days from the date of delivery of the order and we'll take care of the rest, in cases where return is permissible.

 Once the request is reviewed, the products will be picked up within 1-5 working days.

The return request can be taken forward in the form of replacement, refund or store credit. Your preferred mode for the return should be mentioned in the abovementioned mail seeking return.

Once the products reach our warehouse, they undergo a quality check to inspect that the products are unused, in original packaging and the seals, tags and barcodes are in tact.

Please note: Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not based on the quality check. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days for prepaird orders. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For COD orders, personal bank information needs to be provided for transfer of the refund or alternatively store credit can be processed, as per your preference.

Important: The refunded amount will be exclusive of the original shipping charges while placing the order.
